These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and cardiofrontier.ai ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our cardiac monitoring platform.
You agree that by accessing the platform, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by cardiofrontier.ai, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
By enabling SMS notifications on the Cardio Frontier platform, you consent to receive text messages including healthcare alerts, verification codes, and service-related notifications at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your notification preferences and alert activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Certain features of the platform utilize third-party artificial intelligence models provided by companies such as Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Usage of these AI features is metered in units called "tokens" as reported by the respective AI model providers. Token counts are determined by the AI providers and may vary based on the complexity and length of your interactions.
Usage fees are calculated based on our current internal rate card, which reflects third-party provider costs plus operational expenses and infrastructure maintenance. Our internal usage logs constitute the official record for billing purposes. While we strive for accuracy in token measurement, these are technical measurements provided by third-party systems and will be considered final for billing.
AI model providers may change their pricing without advance notice. We reserve the right to adjust our per-token rates at any time to reflect changes in provider pricing, market conditions, or operational costs. Updated rates take effect for all usage after the adjustment date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant rate changes.
AI features depend on the availability and accuracy of third-party services. If a provider experiences reporting delays or errors in usage metadata, we will bill based on the best available data. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or quality of responses generated by third-party AI models.
Because AI usage incurs real-time costs with third-party providers that cannot be reversed, metered usage fees are non-refundable once consumed, regardless of the quality or applicability of the AI-generated output.
Access to certain features of the platform may require a subscription. You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account based on the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.
You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
In no event will cardiofrontier.ai, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the platform, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless cardiofrontier.ai, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the platform.
These Terms of Service and your use of the platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the platform thereafter.
Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.
